Here are my official day 1 body measurements, taken 1/1/22:
Chest- 41 1/2 inches
Left arm bicep- 15 inches
Right arm bicep- 15 inches
Waist- 34 inches
Left thigh- 23 1/2 inches
Right thigh- 23 inches
I also decided to add in a new category for weight, this time around.
Starting weight- 170 lbs.
