As announced yesterday, I am posting updated still pictures and body measurements, ahead of the 60 day milestone; with today marking the beginning of the second half, of my 90 day body transformation goal.
Since I was slacking on the Old School New Body workout program, I decided to pull an audible, and do an update of my progress thus far after the half way mark, to show the results I got from mostly using the Confidence Fitness machine.
From here on out, I will be fully incorporating the Workout program with the machine, so by the time we do the 60 day update, we should begin to see if I get drastic changes in my physique; and then from there, the final 30 days of my 90 day body transformation.

Chest- 40 1/2 inches
Left arm bicep- 15 1/4 inches
Right arm bicep- 15 inches
Waist- 33 1/4 inches
Left thigh- 23 inches
Right thigh- 22 1/2 inches
